Stafferty openly declares that it does not tolerate corruption in any form. Therefore, it is strictly prohibited for managers, employees, or any other persons acting on behalf of and/or in the interests of the Company, whether directly or indirectly, personally or through any intermediaries, to engage in corrupt activities.

Corruption is defined as the abuse of an official position, giving or receiving bribes, abuse of entrusted power, commercial bribery, or any other illegal use of one's official position by an individual (official) that goes against the legitimate interests of society and the state, seeking personal gain in the form of money, valuables, other property or property-related services or rights, for themselves or third parties. It also includes when other individuals illegally provide such benefits to the aforementioned person. Corruption also encompasses the execution of the aforementioned activities in the name of and/or in the interests of the Company.

Stafferty takes all necessary measures to ensure the prevention of corruption and to prevent corrupt activities.

The Company's management is interested in receiving timely information about planned or existing facts of corruption, as well as any instances where individuals have approached the Company's employees, encouraging them to commit corruption-related legal violations, to prevent such actions.
