Executive Search Fee

The executive search fee is a percentage of the total annual income.

The fee is paid in three installments:

  • The first part of the executive recruitment fee is paid to begin the search or at the end of the month in which the search contract is initiated or after presenting a long list of potential candidates.
  • The next installment is paid after presenting a short list of candidates.
  • The remainder is paid when the chosen candidate is hired.
