Our client - Estonian company are looking for a Pipedrive Sales manager to join their team.
Pipedrive is one of the world's leading sales CRMs, designed specifically for the company's salespeople to increase their results and efficiency. This is a great product with huge growth potential!
To achieve this, we are looking for an ambitious colleague with sharp thinking and good communication skills! In this role you will have a lot of independence and opportunities for a great career.
You will be responsible to:
- Active sales, market research, holding meetings to close deals.
- The entire process of the sales cycle;
- Set and achieve a long - term strategic goals;
- Build efficient and profitable relationship with customers;
- Identify business opportunities;
- Lead negotiations and close business deals;
- Permanently explore the market and be aware of it's condition and latest tendencies;
- Set up meetings with clients decision-makers and ,company leaders;
- Cooperation with the marketing team or the technical side with our consultants and software implementers.
We expect from you:
- B2B sales skills and eagerness to further develop your knowledge and competences;
- Strong business sense and understanding of the client's business model and field of activity;
- Excellent communication skills in both Lithuania and English spoken and written. Knowing the Russian language will also help;
- Knowledge of the specifics of the field;
- Technical skills;
- IT awareness and basic knowledge of software solutions.
